Open, by audition to high school freshmen, sophomores, juniors,  and seniors in the counties of Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia. This program fosters a student's music education, gives them an opportunity to grow as young musicians, explore repertoire and performing opportunities they would not normally be exposed to, and allow for collaboration with the artistic staff, and current members of MCCO. The Scholars Program is open to vocalists and string players.
